Returns Policy

Conditions of Sales

From 1st Feb 2010 all goods carry 1 year warranty from date of purchase. The goods are assumed to be received in good order after purchase. Replacement of faulty goods will only be allowed within valid guarantee or warranty period.

All faulty goods returned for replacement shall take 3 working days for testing and examination. It will then be approved once the inspection process of the goods is complete.

All replacement will have warranty continued from the date of original purchase until expired.

10% handling fee will not be charged to the customer for the replacement of incorrect goods purchase but strictly within 7 days of purchase. It will be charged if report after 8 days. Inspection on the condition of the returned goods will be done immediately before replacement. The returned goods shall not be defective in any way, still in their original saleable condition and packaging supplied by Laptop Accessories and accompanied by the original invoice.

This warranty will no longer be valid and replacement will not be allowed: If the goods returned have been damaged by the accident, abuse, misuse, fire, theft or misapplication etc; if the goods have been disassembled or modified without any written permission from Laptop Accessories; or if any laptop accessories’ warranty sticker has been removed or damaged.

The goods remain the property of the company until such time as they have been paid for in full. The company reserves the right to use all legal resources available to the company to have the goods returned if any amount due by the customer is unpaid. Interest will be considered to accrue on overdue amounts.

The shipping cost paid when we originally delivered the goods is not refundable, and we will not pay for the shipping cost of sending the goods back for exchange and delivering again to the customer, unless there is a proof that goods were incorrectly supplied by laptop accessories due to negligence.

Please always think twice before ordering a LCD Screen, It might not be working in your laptop due to the compatibility. We will not be held responsible for cost involved of the exchanging afterwards.

If your goods have been damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and inform us within 3 days after receiving the goods (The date you have signed the waybill will be defined as the first day). Any damage report after 3 days will be considered caused by the client.

There will be no exchange allowed after 15 days of purchase.

Refund Policy

Goods return for refund will only be approved if all of the following conditions apply:

Laptop Accessories’ LA warranty sticker on the goods should not be removed, damaged nor modified without Laptop Accessories’ permission.

Three working days of examination on the returned goods will be taken to identify whether they are still in perfect working condition without any damage caused by the customer before the refund will be approved. Refund will be transferred accordingly into dedicated account once examination has complete.

80% of purchase value will be qualified for refund if the goods are returned strictly within 7 days after purchase and still in the original packaging.

70% of purchase value will be qualified for refund if the goods are returned after 8 days but less than 14 days after purchase and still in the original packaging,  

There will be no refund allowed for returning after 15 days of purchase.

The cost of shipping is not refundable.

The date of purchase will be counted as the first day of purchase.

Refund and exchange shall only be considered if the oringinal invoice is accompanied.
